Businessman Admits To Hundreds Of Felonies

In federal court, an Oklahoma businessman admits committing hundreds of felonies.

Among them, Steve Phipps says he gave kickbacks to former State Representative Randall Erwin. In exchange, Phipps says Erwin funneled taxpayer money to his phony nonprofit.

Phipps also accused Senate Pro Tempore Mike Morgan and former State Auditor Clifton Scott of being corrupt.

And, he says he can name dozens of others.

Phipps made a deal with prosecutors for a lesser sentence if he cooperated with the FBI investigation.
