Conference Takes On Workplace Bullies

TULSA, OK --Bullies aren't just in schools, they're in workplaces, too.  A group that focuses on business ethics brought one of the nation's leading experts on work bullying to Tulsa on Thursday.

Dr. Gary Namie is the founder of the Workplace Bullying Institute.  He says half of all American workers have been affected by behavior that falls into the bullying category and more people may soon be victims.

"It's going to be getting worse because all of this pressure, all of this economic pressure is going to be a blank check to these clowns to cut loose on people.  They do it already, but it's clearly going to get worse," said Dr. Gary Namie.
