Commissioner Cleared In Probe

UNDATED -- A Rogers County Commissioner under investigation by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has been cleared of all wrong-doing.

Complaints said Mike Helm misspent county funds and used community service workers to work on his personal property.

Investigators said they found no evidence that any of the claims were true.
