TULSA, OK -- Festival Hispano hit downtown this weekend with a celebration of culture.
It's the 29th year the Hispanic heritage festival has been celebrated in Tulsa.
On Sunday, dozens were out enjoying the nice weather while listening to local Latin bands, checking out art exhibits and getting their fill of some traditional Hispanic food.
