TULSA, OK -- A presidential long shot is headed to Tulsa. Perennial candidate Ralph Nader will speak at OSU-Tulsa Thursday afternoon. He's running again as an independent.

Nader is criss-crossing the country, crusading for states to make it easier for third party candidates to get on the ballot.

Oklahoma has some of the strictest rules for getting on the presidential ballot.
