TULSA, OK -- It's not a red carpet, but Tulsa continues to roll out its welcome for people headed downtown to the new BOK Center.
A new welcome sign has been put up where the Broken Arrow Expressway delivers drivers downtown.
It is in the same art deco style as many other new signs pointing drivers to the new downtown arena.
