One of America's most wanted fugitives, with a connection to Tulsa, celebrated his birthday on Wednesday.
The FBI is marking Whitey Bulger's 79th birthday by doubling the reward for his capture to $2 million.
Bulger used to be the head of a mafia family in Boston. He disappeared in 1995 after being tipped off by a corrupt FBI agent that he was about to be arrested.
Bulger has been connected to 19 murders, including the 1981 murder of Tulsa businessman Roger Wheeler.
