Lake Patrol pulled a Broken Arrow man from the waters of Grand Lake. The GRDA Lake Patrol says 22-year-old Charles Redifer drowned Saturday evening.
It says he'd jumped off a boat near Summerfield Hollow. About an hour later the patrol found his body.
