A former Tulsa Police officer, whose felony conviction was overturned, has now pleaded guilty to corruption charges.
Rico Yarbrough was sentenced to 44 months in prison back in 2006, but a federal appeals judge granted him a new trial, saying his character witnesses weren't allowed to testify.
Yarbrough, who was a member of the Tulsa Police Gangs Unit, was accused of tipping off drug dealers before a TPD bust.
At Friday's hearing, he pleaded guilty to the same charges from his first trial. His sentencing is scheduled for October 29th.
