Shooting Leaves Mother Dead

A bizarre accident in Owasso leaves a family in mourning.  Police say a young boy accidently fired a rifle inside his home on Saturday.

The bullet penetrated several walls, eventually hitting his mother who was in the bathroom.  Police say 37-year-old Rayona Barton died at a Tulsa hospital.

Investigators say the shooting appears to be an accident.  The Tulsa County District Attorney will decide whether charges will be filed.
