Governor Henry has the fate of four convicted killers in his hands. The state has recommended them for parole.

William Renfro was convicted of strangling a drinking buddy on Keystone Lake back in 1976.

Brian Treptor is serving a life sentence for beating an 86-year-old Bartlesville man to death in 1978.

Charles Loomis stabbed his roommate to death in Beckham County in 1979.

Yvonne Fuller pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the 1991 death of her two-month-old daughter. Oklahoma City Police say the girl died after a blow to the head.

Governor Henry has the final say on whether these prisoners get paroled. There's no word when he might make his decision.
