EAGLETOWN, Okla. (AP) -- An Eagletown man has died after his all-terrain vehicle was hit by a Jeep on U.S. Highway 70 in McCurtain County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 23-year-old Clayton Paul Cribb was driving south on a county road around 1:30 a.m. Friday and failed to yield at a stop sign before being hit by the Jeep.
The highway patrol says alcohol may have been a factor in the collision, and Cribb was not wearing a helmet.
