Because of the dragging economy, Oklahomans without a job could get additional help from the government.
Once President Bush and Governor Henry sign off on the federal-state deal, Oklahomans will be able to apply for an additional 13 weeks of benefits.
In the meantime, the Unemployment Insurance Service Center in Oklahoma City is making plans to expand its hours to handle the extra workload.
