Car Hits Truck, Crashes Into Tree

The Tulsa Police Department is investigating an accident that ended when a car slammed into a tree. The accident happened just after 2 a.m. on Sunday at South 33rd Street between Garnett and 108 East Avenue.

Police say a car traveling westbound on South 33rd Street hit a parked truck, then crashed into a tree in someone's yard.

The driver of the car left the scene. Police say the man is believed to have been the only person in the vehicle.
