Man Charged With Murder In Step-Son's Death

The Rogers County step-father who admitted to punching his son has been charged with first degree murder.

Steven Lockler said he hit 3-year-old Christopher Barnard in the stomach, after first saying the boy fell in the shower.

Babysitters say they noticed a pattern of abuse, and contacted DHS before Christopher's death.
