Teen Suspected Of Making Panty Requests

Bethany Police arrest a man they believe is behind several physical assaults and notes asking for women's panties.

Officers arrested 19-year-old Paul Ryan, a student at Putnam City High School, last Friday.

The arrest came after a woman called police, saying he'd just offered her money to expose her breasts.  Police say at least six other women report similar incidents.
