Man Wearing Only Boots Arrested

A registered sex offender finds himself back behind bars Tuesday night.

Police arrested Chris Daringer in Tulsa's River Parks after a woman said she saw him lying in the grass, wearing nothing but his boots.

Records show Daringer has three previous indecent exposure convictions plus one for failing to register as a sex offender.
