Terry Heidner

Terry Heidner is currently the legislative liaison for the Kansas Department of Transportation.  He retired from full-time employment last June after serving as Director of the Division of Planning and Development for many years.  He worked at KDOT for 40-years.  The 1989 Comprehensive Highway Program and the 1999 Comprehensive Transportation Program are the highlights of his career.
