A court hearing on drug charges against a former Washington County treasurer has been delayed so he can complete a rehabilitation program.
Fifty-one-year-old Stan Stevens is accused of buying hydrocodone from a law enforcement informant. He is charged with using the county treasurer's office in a conspiracy to distribute drugs.
Stevens hearing is scheduled for August 8th.
Stevens resigned as county treasurer in February and is free on $25,000 bond.
