Charges Filed In Fatal Shooting

First degree murder charges have been filed against the suspect in a drive-by shooting that killed a Sand Springs teenager.

Kevin Pigeon has turned himself into Sand Springs Police and is being held without bail in the Tulsa County jail.

Police officers say Pigeon fired the shot that killed 17-year old Patrick Parker last month.

Parker was staying at a relative's house at the time of the shooting.
