Federal Money Will Help Sand Springs

Uncle Sam will help the City of Sand Springs.  The Federal Emergency Management Agency will help pick up the bill to clean up Sand Springs' clogged creeks.

The city says getting rid of all the ice storm debris is a $100,000 job.  FEMA now says it will chip in 80% of the bill.

Sand Springs is worried broken branches will dam up creeks and cause flooding problems.
