Gas prices head up. The national average topped $3.25 a gallon, and experts say it's still going up. Prices in Tulsa jumped 13 cents during the past 24 hours. On average, Tulsans are now paying close to$3.09.
Gas stations around San Francisco are already charging more than $4.00 per gallon for some premium blends.
AAA warns prices could go even higher because this is the time of year when refineries make the switch to cleaner-burning fuels.
