A Noble, Oklahoma family is upset after a plea agreement from 2 former Noble Police officers ends with no jail time.
Five-year old Austin Haley died last year when police officers shot at a snake. The bullet ricocheted and struck Austin.
Police officers Paul Rogers and Shawn Richardson entered guilty pleas to manslaughter.
In exchange, they were given deferred 2-year sentences and fined $1,000 each.
