FEMA Offering Formaldehyde Testing

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is offering formaldehyde testing on trailers and mobile homes in federally declared disaster areas.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is offering formaldehyde testing on trailers and mobile homes in federally declared disaster areas.  The area includes Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri. 

The company charged with the testing says preliminary reports have shown higher than normal levels of formaldehyde.

FEMA has set up a Formaldehyde Call Center.  The toll-free number is 866-562-2381.
