Compound Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter............................1 lb.

Shredded Parmesan...................2 Tblsp.

Garlic Salt..................................1 tsp.

Black Pepper..............................1 tsp.

Chives...................................2 Tblsp.

 

Directions:

Finely Chop Parmesan*

Butter must be room temperature before mixing.

Roll butter in wax paper and daydot

[Shelf life is 14 days]
