President Bush will head to Capitol Hill on Monday night for his final State of the Union Address. The President won't focus on the past. Instead, he is expected to outline goals for the next year. The President wants Congress to make his tax cuts permanent, approve a wiretapping plan and renew his educational plan called "No Child Left Behind".
At the top of the President's priority list will be urging the Senate to pass an economic stimulus plan.
