TU's Andrews Named Conference USA Player Of The Week

The 6-foot-3 freshman from Alexandria, Virginia, scored 44 points in 41 minutes of action as Tulsa lost 67-65 in overtime to Tulane and beat Southern Methodist 72-71.

Andrews shot 53.8% from the field and 52.6% from 3-point range in the two games. He scored a career-high 24 points in the win at SMU, including 14 in the second half.

He is the first Golden Hurricane player to win the league award this season.
