Some Green Country students are giving a very special gift. Students at several area schools, including Marquette Catholic School are collecting cans and cash to help needy families on Thanksgiving. So far, Marquette Catholic School students have raised more than $400.

Northside Ministries Alliance has adopted families at 50 Tulsa schools to make sure needy families have a proper feast next week. The Reverend W.R. Casey with Northside Ministries Alliance says the organization always needs more turkeys. To contribute cash, cans or food, drop by any Tulsa Police station.
