NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ The Oklahoma Sooners look for their second win of the college basketball season when they host Denver in the Coaches versus Cancer Classic Friday in Norman.

OU opened the year with a 71-55 win over San Francisco Thursday night while Denver held on to beat East Central 76-75 in overtime.

The winner of Fridayt's game OU-Denver game will advance to the championship round of the classic at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. at the Lloyd Noble Center following the San Francisco-East Central game.
