TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A Bixby man faces up to 10 years in a federal prison after admitting to stealing thousands of dollars from a northeastern Oklahoma Indian casino.
Federal prosecutors in Tulsa say Ricky Dwayne Lee, 44, admitted on Wednesday that he posed as a computer technician in October and November 2006 and fraudulently gained access to secure areas of the Peoria Tribe's Buffalo Run Casino in Miami.
Lee then accessed the casino's main computer server and manipulated the value of cash-out tickets resulting in the theft of more than $70,000.
Sentencing is set for January 14. Prosecutors say that aside from a possible 10-year prison sentence, Lee could be fined up to $250,000 and required to make restitution.
