SAN DIEGO (AP) -- For the second time in four years, the San Diego Chargers are going to be the Arizona Cardinals' houseguests. The Chargers will move their practices this week to the Cardinals facilities in Tempe because of wildfires that have forced nearly a quarter of a million residence to be evacuated from San Diego County.
NFL MVP LaDanian Tomlinson and some of his teammates are among those had to leave their homes. The evacuation of team members and bad air quality prompted San Diego to cancel practice on Monday. The Chargers are scheduled to play a home game against Houston this week
San Diego moved a Monday night football game to the Cardinals' stadium four years ago this week due to deadly wildfires that swept through the area.
