One man's in custody and the FBI is looking for three more people involved in a car theft that led to an Amber Alert.

An Amber Alert was issued just after 3 a.m. Monday after a pickup, with 3-year-old Alyssa Lopez sleeping in a back seat, was taken from outside the Lucky Star Casino in El Reno. Investigators say the child’s grandfather, Douglas Gray, was inside gambling for nearly two hours and left the 3-year-old alone in the truck while it was running.

The FBI says Daniel Green stole the truck, with the girl inside. He later abandoned it at I-40 and Peebly Road.

Even though the Oklahoma Highway Patrol found the girl and the truck, the Canadian County Sheriff is meeting with the district attorney to see if they can file charges against the grandfather for failure to protect the child.

The FBI has Green in custody for stealing the truck. Investigators are looking for a woman and two other men who arrived at the casino with him, they are considered persons of interest.

The FBI's working with the U.S. Attorney to see what federal charges those who stole the truck may face. They are not sure if they knew the girl was inside.
