A front is bringing rain and stronger winds into Oklahoma for the end of the weekend and the start of the work week.
The National Weather Service said Sunday will be partly sunny with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in western and northeastern Oklahoma. Highs will be in the mid 70s to upper 80s.
Overnight lows Sunday will range from the mid 40s in northwestern Oklahoma to the lower 60s in eastern parts of the state, with showers and thunderstorms likely.
Occasional showers and thunderstorms in central and eastern Oklahoma are forecast for Monday, with highs in the upper 60s to upper 70s. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, with highs in the 70s and a slight chance of rain in eastern Oklahoma.
Chances for rain will continue on Wednesday and Thursday, with highs in the mid 70s to upper 80s.
