DUMAS, Ark. (AP) -- A 10-year-old Arkansas boy is facing charges of breaking and entering, theft and reckless driving.
He's accused of leading police on a 45-mile chase after stealing a school bus.
If found guilty, the fourth-grader could be sentenced to time at the Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center.
His mother also faces a citation for allowing her son outside after the city's midnight curfew for youths.
Police in Arkansas say the boy found keys inside a shop and managed to start three buses before driving off with one last week.
Officers from three counties, four towns and the state police eventually became involved in the chase along a rural Arkansas highway.
