A ride at the Tulsa State Fair remains closed after 4 children have been hurt in several accidents. The latest accident was Wednesday evening. Authorities say riders were on a roller coaster called the "Zyclon" when something went wrong. A 10-year-old girl was transported to a Tulsa hospital; EMSA medics at the scene treated others on the ride.

The ride's owners believe a hat on the tracks got wedged under a car's wheels causing it to stop and a second car hit that car.

Three other children were hurt on the same ride last Saturday.

The state Department of Labor is investigating both accidents.
