A man visited two different South Tulsa hair salons on Thursday looking for more than a haircut. Tulsa police say the man exposed himself to employees, then ran off. News On 6 anchor Omar Villafranca reports now police need your help catching a flasher.

Employees at the SuperCuts and Top Cut, both near 71st and Garnett, got an eyeful from a flasher on Thursday night. Around closing time police say, the man snuck in through the back door, exposed himself to employees closing up shop and ran off. Detectives want to catch him before anything worse happens.

"In sex crimes, what you worry about is, is this going to escalate into something else? Or is this a prank? You just don't know," Tulsa Police Officer Leland Ashley said.

Workers at both salons didn't want to go on camera, but said they have taken measures to protect themselves. One store even changed the locks on the back door to protect employees. Another employee told The News On 6 the women working during the incident refuse to remain at that location.

While the suspect might get his jollies from flashing people, if he's caught, he could be stripped naked of some of his freedoms.

"If he gets caught, and convicted, he would have to register as a sex offender for up to 10 years," Ashley said.

Police are looking for a white male, about 5'11''. He's short and skinny, and was last seen wearing a long yellow shirt with a black ski mask.

If you have any information you can call Crimestoppers, 596-COPS, you can remain anonymous.
