Whether you're for it, or against it, Arkansas River tax opinions are being heard. But some say their stance is being shut down. Tulsa resident Michelle Orr is against the tax and believes Tulsa needs to focus on the city's streets first. She says recently somebody stole her "No River Tax" sign, and several of her neighbors' signs.

A neighbor tells Orr, the suspects were an adult and two children. Michelle says that is wrong and has since moved a new sign closer to her home.

"You want it that bad enough you're gonna really have to get out into people’s yards to try and get them because it is just not right," said river tax opponent Michelle Orr.

Orr says if someone is caught, she and her neighbor will asked that the suspects be prosecuted.
