There is good news for anyone who drives on U.S. Highway 169 in Tulsa. The state is going to spend big bucks to fix the pavement from 21st street down to 51st street.
The Oklahoma Transportation Commission voted on Monday to hire a Colorado contractor to fix the joints there. ODOT says 90,000 cars a day drive that section of Highway 169.
The work should start in six to eight weeks, and is scheduled to last six months.
