STUTTGART, Germany (AP) _ University of Oklahoma gymnast Jonathan Horton narrowly missed a medal Friday at the World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany.
Horton finished fourth in the all-around competition, missing a bronze medal by two-tenths of a point.
Horton says he was disappointed at first, but then decided it was pretty sweet to finish fourth in the world. Still, he says he's a competitor and he wants more.
China's Yang Wei won his second straight all-around world gymnastics championship, Germany's Fabian Hambuechen won the silver and Japan's Hisashi Mizutori took the bronze.
