DURANT, Okla. (AP) -- Police in Durant say a man wanted for questioning in the sexual assault of a 4-year-old girl may have gone to Mexico.

Police say the girl told her parents that Jose Retana Ramos touched her inappropriately while she was at the home of her baby sitter.

Detective Johnny Rutherford says the suspect lived with the baby sitter and left the home following a fight with the victim's father who had confronted the man after his daughter reported the abuse.

Police say Ramos is from Mexico and may have gone there or he may be traveling with his sister in a tan Chevrolet Tahoe.
