The mother of a former Tulsa Police Department records clerk is going to federal prison. Diana Brice pleaded guilty to giving a witness' personal information to a convicted criminal.
Investigators say Brice's daughter, DeShon Stanley, would look up information in the police computer, then her mother would pass it on to inmates in jail.
Brice was sentenced to more than three years behind bars, and must pay $133,000 in restitution to the IRS.
Stanley also pleaded guilty, but hasn't been sentenced.
