NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -- Quarterback is not the only position seeing a battle for the starting job at Oklahoma.
Despite a veteran offensive line some of the returning starters are in a fight to hold onto their spots.
Right tackle Branndon Braxton is back in practice after an ankle injury and is being pushed by sophomore Trent Williams. And right guard Brandon Walker is being challenged by Brian Simmons. Simmons worked with the first team during spring while Walker recovered from knee surgery.
Coaches are also looking for a backup center because of the departure of Chase Beeler.
