STRINGTOWN, Okla. (AP) _ One of the three inmates which escaped from the minimum-security state prison in Stringtown has been recaptured in Norman. Prison spokesman Jerry Massie says Robert Damico, Robert Abraham and Kenny Manuel were missing at roll call at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Mack Alford Correctional Center.
Damico was recaptured in Norman by Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers.
Massie says Abraham and Manuel may be heading to the Oklahoma City area where they have friends and relatives.
The two were both serving time for drug convictions while Damico was convicted of theft and assault.
