At least one person has been injured in a Tulsa house fire. The fire broke out shortly before 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in a home near 9th and Sheridan. As firefighters arrived, thick smoke filled the air and a man was found lying outside the burning home in a neighbor's yard.
Tulsa Fire officials say the man was treated by EMSA for apparent smoke inhalation and was rushed to a Tulsa hospital. We do not have his condition.
Firefighters say it appears the fire started in the back of the home. They do not know how it started.
Firefighters say the home is considered a total loss.
