A Tulsa teenager is dead after he was shot during an argument outside of a bar early Monday. The shooting happened around 1:40 a.m. Monday at Latino's Disco Bar near 41st and Memorial. Tulsa Police responded to a call of a large fight at the bar, when they arrived, police officers found 17-year-old Rolando Rocha shot in the back.

Police say the Rocha was rushed to a Tulsa hospital, where he later died. Police officers are not sure if the teen was involved in the fight or if he was a bystander.

Tulsa Police say there has been an on-going problem at business with juveniles at the bar. â€œJust last week one of my officers pulled two 17-year-olds out of this bar. We've had numerous occasions in the past to come to this bar and remove juveniles and cite them for other offenses,â€ said Tulsa Police Captain Matt Kirkland.

Tulsa Police say they are questioning a possible shooting suspect.

Rocha's killing is Tulsa's 43rd homicide of the year.
