HEALDTON, Okla. (AP) -- A tractor mishap claims the life of an elderly Ardmore man.

Authorities say 86-year-old Lawrence Morgan died of an apparent heart attack last night after his tractor hit a tree, causing him to become hung in the tractor's hydraulic lift.

Emergency responders found Morgan dead at the scene in a pasture north of Healdton in Carter County.
