MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) _ The Oklahoma RedHawks held Memphis to one hit and won their third straight game over the Redbirds 7-1 in Memphis.
Edinson Volquez made his first start for the RedHawks this year and went 7 innings and gave up only an RBI double to ninth place hitter Matt Pagnozzi.
Adam Fox had three hits in his first game since being called up from AA and Victor Diaz had a single, a home run and three RBI's for Oklahoma.
The RedHawks travel to Round Rock where they open a series Friday night.
