TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Singer Clay Aiken says he's taken steps to prevent future foot wanderings. The 2003 "American Idol" runner-up confirmed Monday that he was involved in a dispute with a woman on a Continental Airlines flight into Tulsa for his show Saturday evening.
He says while he was sleeping, his foot found a home on the arm rest of the passenger seated in front of him. Aiken says he didn't know he was bothering her until she hit him in the chest.
He says the FBI was called in to investigate but no complaints were filed and everyone was sent on their way.
FBI Special Agent Gary Johnson said the flight crew was able to resolve the situation.
