TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- The Tulsa Drillers will try to bounce back from a loss as they close out a three-game Texas League series against the Corpus Christi Hooks tonight.
The Drillers are 6-5 during the second half of the season and are a game back of the Springfield Cardinals in the TL's North Division.
Tulsa lost 8-5 Sunday night to Corpus Christi as the Hooks ended a six-game losing streak at Drillers Stadium. It was Corpus Christi's first win in Tulsa this season.
The Drillers plan to start Franklin Morales on the mound Monday, while the Hooks' scheduled starting pitcher is Ronnie Martinez.
