OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Two people have died in an auto accident in northeastern Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 18-year-old Matthew Goff of Chelsea was killed just before 10 Thursday night on State Highway 28 in Rogers County.
Troopers say Goff was standing in the roadway after an earlier collision when he was hit by a car. A 14-year-old was also hit and critically injured.
